君合律师事务所近期迎来数据合规专家陆斯珮律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，陆律师在西盟斯律师事务所香港办公室执业超过三年。她还曾于2012年至2018年执业于德勤商务法律事务所。

陆律师主要从事数据合规、网络安全、并购及境内外投资领域的法律事务，专注于科技、媒体及电信（TMT）、医疗健康及金融科技行业。执业近10年来，陆律师已为境内外多家企业就中国数据相关法律、GDPR、CCPA以及印度、东南亚、巴西等国家的数据相关法律提供法律服务。

这是君合继2月底迎来葛向阳律师后的最新一起合伙人级别引入。

JunHe adds data compliance partner in Shanghai

JunHe has hired data compliance expert Lu Sipei as a partner in its Shanghai office from Simmons & Simmons, where she practiced as a registered foreign lawyer at its Hong Kong office for more than three years. Prior to that, Lu had worked at Deloitte Legal from 2012 to 2018.

With expertise in data compliance, cybersecurity, M&A, and domestic and foreign investment, Lu focuses on TMT, healthcare, and fintech industries. She has nearly ten years of experience and has advised a number of domestic and foreign companies on China data-related laws, GDPR and CCPA compliance, as well as data-related laws in other countries/regions such as India, Southeast Asia and Brazil.

This is JunHe’s latest partner-level hire since welcoming Ge Xiangyang in February.
