君泽君律师事务所近期迎来陈蔚、顾明珠、李翡、庹红梅、刘良勇五位律师以合伙人身份加盟，其中，陈蔚、顾明珠、庹红梅律师将加入该所深圳办公室，李翡、刘良勇律师则将加入其北京办公室。

陈律师主要执业领域为公司治理、破产清算、婚姻家事、民商事诉讼。她曾担任多家公司的常年及专项法律顾问，办理了大量涉及合同、股权、建设工程、破产清算、婚姻家事等领域的诉讼与非诉案件。加盟君泽君前，陈律师在浙江天册（深圳）律师事务所担任合伙人。

顾律师的主要执业领域为证券与资本市场、并购重组，涉及行业包括新材料、医药医疗、物联网、电子、环保水务等。他曾为多家公司提供IPO、再融资、并购重组以及新三板（含精选层）等相关法律服务。加盟君泽君前，他为天元（深圳）律师事务所合伙人。

李律师主要执业领域为民商事争议解决、刑事辩护。她擅长刑民交叉重大疑难诉讼案件，在经济和职务类犯罪辩护、企业家保护、企业经营风险防控等领域具有丰富经验。

庹律师主要执业领域为民商事仲裁、诉讼、股权、金融、房地产、碳达峰和碳中和。执业21年期间，庹律师办理了大量涉及金融、股权、房地产、建设工程、教育、精细化工等领域的诉讼与非诉案件。此前，她曾在浙江天册（深圳）律师事务所执业并担任合伙人。

刘律师主要执业领域为知识产权保护和争议解决，他在专利侵权诉讼、专利无效、专利申请等领域具有丰富的经验，曾为多家跨国公司和国内企业提供知识产权相关法律服务，成功代理过多起重要知识产权诉讼案件。此前，刘律师在北京德和衡律师事务所担任合伙人。

这是君泽君今年的首批合伙人级别引入。

JunZeJun adds five partners in Shenzhen and Beijing

JunZeJun Law Offices has hired Chen Wei, Gu Mingzhu, Li Fei, Tuo Hongmei, and Liu Liangyong as partners. Chen, Gu and Tuo will join its Shenzhen office, and Li and Liu will join the Beijing headquarter.

Chen's main practice areas are corporate governance, bankruptcy liquidation, marriage and family affairs, civil and commercial litigation. She has served as a long-term and special legal adviser for many companies, handling a large number of litigation and non-litigation cases involving contracts, equity, construction projects, bankruptcy liquidation, marriage and family affairs, etc. Prior to joining Junzejun, Chen was a partner in the Shenzhen branch of T&C Law Firm.

Gu's main practice areas are securities and capital markets, M&A, and restructuring, involving industries including new materials, medicine and healthcare, IoT, electronics, and environmental water. He has provided legal services related to IPO, refinancing, M&As, and NEEQ for many companies. Prior to joining Junzejun, He was a partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm's Shenzhen branch.

Li has expertise in civil and commercial litigation as well as criminal defense. She specializes in interlocked penal and civil cases, and has extensive experience in economic and duty crime defense, entrepreneur protection, enterprise risk prevention and control.

Tuo has expertise in civil and commercial arbitration, litigation, equity, finance, real estate, and peak carbon and carbon neutral. With 21 years of experience, Tuo handled a large number of litigation and non-litigation cases involving finance, equity, real estate, construction engineering, education, fine chemicals and other fields. Prior to that, she was a partner at T&C’s Shenzhen branch.

Liu focuses on intellectual property (IP) and dispute resolution. With extensive experience in patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation and application, He has provided IP-related legal services for several multinational companies and domestic enterprises and successfully represented a number of major litigation cases. Prior to joining JunZeJun, Liu was a partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm.

This is JunZeJun’s first batch of partner-level hire in 2022.
