国际离岸律所衡力斯律师事务所近日迎来诉讼律师韩文浩以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室诉讼、破产及重组团队。此前，他在中伦律师事务所伦敦办公室担任合伙人，执业近四年。韩律师还曾在2010年至2018年间执业于英国诺顿罗氏富布莱特律师事务所伦敦办公室，并获得英国执业资格。

韩律师主要执业领域为复杂的跨境商业纠纷。他代表跨国公司、中国公司以及私人客户处理因并购、商务、股东和代理协议引发的各类融资、收购、国际贸易、航运和保险纠纷，他亦在处理监管调查、禁制令、管辖权纠纷和破产方面具有丰富经验。他目前处理的案件包括英属维尔京群岛和开曼群岛的商业纠纷和破产案件。

衡力斯上海办公室成立于2015年，韩律师加盟后，该办公室共有三位合伙人。去年九月，衡力斯曾迎来黄晓娴律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室公司业务团队。

Offshore firm Harneys adds lit partner in Shanghai from Zhong Lun

Offshore law firm Harneys has hired litigator Han Wenhao as a partner in Shanghai from the London office of Zhong Lun Law Firm.

With a focus on cross-border commercial disputes, Han represents international and Chinese companies, as well as private clients in financing, acquisition, international trade, shipping, and insurance disputes arising from M&A, commercial, shareholder, and agency agreements. He is also experienced in handling regulatory investigations, injunctions, jurisdiction disputes and insolvencies. 

Han joined Zhong Lun as a partner in 2018 from the London office of Norton Rose Fulbright, where he worked for eight years.

Harneys, which established its Shanghai office in 2015, now has three partners there. In September last year, the office welcomed Calamus Huang as a partner to its corporate team.
