君合律师事务所近日迎来债券业务专家施丽滨律师加盟其上海办公室。此前，施律师执业于年利达律师事务所。

施律师主要专注于资本市场，尤其擅长债券和股权挂钩类产品发行业务，涉及基础设施、能源行业、新兴产业等领域。她曾主办中国财政部境外国债发行、中国地方政府首次在境外发行地方政府债券以及首次在澳门特区发行地方政府债券发行等重大项目。

这是君合继今年3月迎来陆斯珮律师后的又一项重要引入。

JunHe adds bonds expert in Shanghai

JunHe has hired Shi Libin, an expert in bonds, in its Shanghai office from Linklaters.

Shi focuses on capital markets, with specialty in issuance of bonds and equity linked products, involving industries like infrastructure, energies, and emerging sectors. She has led major projects such as the offshore issuance of treasury bonds by the Ministry of Finance of China, the first offshore issuance of local government bonds by a Chinese local government and the first issuance of local government bonds in Macau.

This is JunHe’s latest major hire since adding Lu Sipei in March.
