达辉律师事务所近日迎来资本市场律师郭倢欣（图中左侧）、贡嘉文以合伙人身份分别加盟其上海、北京办公室。此前，郭律师执业于方达律师事务所，贡律师执业于嘉源律师事务所。

郭律师专注于资本市场、公司与并购、私募股权业务领域，在企业上市、投融资、上市公司合规及破产重整等方面拥有丰富经验，他的客户涉及信息技术、生物医药、互联网、消费零售、金融、房地产等多个领域。

贡律师专注于并购与重组、境内证券发行与上市业务领域，曾参与中材国际发行股份及支付现金购买资产、中航飞机重大资产重组等多个上市公司及非上市公司的股权激励、员工持股等重大项目。

这是达辉继今年2月迎来陈俊豪律师后的最新一批合伙人级别引入。达辉还于今年1月迎来卢琼、杨政炜两位合伙人。

DaHui adds capital market partner duo in Shanghai and Beijing

Dahui Lawyers has hired capital market lawyers Greg Guo (L) and Jiawen Gong as partners in its Shanghai and Beijing offices, respectively. Prior to joining DaHui, Guo practiced at Fangda Partners and Gong practiced at Jia Yuan Law Offices.

With a focus on capital market, corporate and M&A, and private equity, Guo has extensive experience in listing, investment and finance, listed company compliance, and bankruptcy and restructuring. He has advised a wide range of clients in industries like information technology, bio-pharmacy, Internet, retailing and consuming, finance, and real estate. 

Gong focuses on M&A, restructuring, and domestic securities and listing. He has advised on multiple major projects of equity incentive and employee stock ownership for a number of listed companies and private companies, such as Sinoma’s share issuance and acquisition of asset with cash, and asset restructuring of AVIC Aircraft.

This is DaHui’s latest partner-level hire since the addition of labour law expert Joon Ho Tan in February. The firm also added partners Lucy Lu and Zhengwei Yang in January.
