百宸律师事务所近期迎来知识产权专家安文森律师、争议解决专家韦元进律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，安律师在路盛律师事务所担任合伙人，韦律师则曾在天同律师事务所担任合伙人。

安律师主要业务领域为知识产权保护与商业化运作、数据合规与隐私保护等。他曾代理包括多个世界500强在内的国内外客户的数千件案件，涵盖专利布局、专利撰写、专利申请、专利无效与诉讼、专利有效性分析、专利导航到品牌保护、知识产权尽调和风险防控、数据治理等领域。他尤其擅长人工智能/机器学习、自动驾驶、智能制造、医疗器械等技术领域。

韦律师专注于民商事争议解决，在包括最高法院在内的各级别法院以及贸仲、北仲等仲裁机构具有丰富代理经验。韦律师擅长的案件类型包括一般商事合同纠纷、金融投融资纠纷、新能源领域纠纷、公司纠纷等。他曾服务过各类金融机构、央企和地方国企、大型民营企业、外资企业等。

PacGate adds IP and dispute resolution partners in Beijing

PacGate Law Group has recently hired intellectual property expert An Wensen and dispute reolution expert Wei Yuanjin as partners in its Beijing office. Prior to joining PacGate, An and Wei were partners at Lusheng Law Firm and TianTong Law Firm, respectively.

An’s main practice areas are IP protection and commercial operation, as well as data compliance and privacy protection. He has represented thousands of domestic and foreign clients, including many fortune 500 companies, covering patent layout, writing, application, invalidation and litigation, validity analysis, patent navigation, brand protection, IP rights due diligence and risk prevention and control, data governance, and other fields. He has expertise in technical areas like artificial intelligence/machine learning, autonomous driving, intelligent manufacturing, and medical devices.

Wei specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, and has rich experience representing courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court, and arbitration agencies such as CIETAC and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Wei is familiar with general commercial contract disputes, investment and finance disputes, new energy disputes, corporate disputes, etc. He has served a number of financial institutions, central and local state-owned enterprises, large private enterprises, and foreign enterprises.

This is PacGate’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding Yu Xuewen, Deng Xiaolin, and Ma Shaojie in January.
