金杜律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家高国征律师携其团队的姚潇怡律师、张栩婷律师、郭繁律师以合伙人身份加盟。

高律师擅长各类型知识产权诉讼，包括复杂的专利案件、技术秘密案件、商标、著作权案件，知识产权相关的反垄断和许可费率案件，以及医药产品专利到期前的诉讼。他为多家大型技术企业提供法律意见，客户包括安斯泰来公司、华生公司、楼氏电子等。2006年，高律师与另一位方达合伙人张辉律师共同创立方达专利诉讼团队。

姚律师主要从事知识产权诉讼以及知识产权法律意见和法律合同等相关业务，擅长复杂的医药专利案件。她主要服务客户包括跨医药、医疗器械、电子通讯等领域的国内外企业。

张律师的主要执业领域为知识产权诉讼及非诉业务。她擅长各类知识产权案件，包括与专利、 商标、 著作权及商业秘密相关的各类诉讼案件及反不正当竞争等争议解决案件，以及知识产权相关的咨询服务。

郭律师的主要执业领域为以专利为主的知识产权诉讼以及相关的反垄断、反不正当竞争诉讼。她曾代理多个高科技公司处理知识产权纠纷，包括专利侵权和无效案件、商业秘密、软件著作权纠纷，及相关非诉业务等。

这是金杜今年的第一批合伙人级别引入。

Ex-Fangda IP partner joins KWM with his team

Gordon Gao, an expert in intellectual property and a former partner at Fangda Partners, has joined King & Wood Mallesons with his team including Yao Xiaoyi, Zhang Xuting and Guo Fan, who join the firm also as partners.

Gao focuses on intellectual property disputes including patent, trade secret, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as antimonopoly and FRAND cases involving patent right abuses, and pharmaceutical patent end-of-life disputes. He has advised multiple technology enterprises including Astellas, Watson Pharmaceutical, and Knowles. In 2006, Gao co-created the patent litigation group at Fangda with another partner, Dixon Zhang. 

Yao is mainly engaged in IP-related litigation, consulting and contracts, and is good at complex medical patent cases. She mainly serves domestic and foreign enterprises in sectors including medicine, medical device, and electronic communication.

Zhang focuses on IP litigation and non-litigation practices. She is familiar with cases involved with patent, trademark, business secrets, as well as anti-unfair competition. Zhang also provides IP-related consulting services.

Guo focuses on patent-oriented patent litigation as well as anti-trust and anti-unfair competition. She has represented several high-tech companies in IP disputes, including patent infringement and invalidation cases, business secrets, software copyright disputes, and related non-litigation practice.

This is KWM’s first batch of partner-level hire.
