竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来公司业务领域律师仓晨阳以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，仓律师在浩天律师事务所担任合伙人。

仓晨阳律师在跨国公司业务、跨境并购和投资业务领域有十余年经验。他曾协助诸多跨国企业通过设立合资公司、全资子公司、特许经营或许可等方式，将业务拓展至中国，所服务的跨国企业领域涉及奢侈品和时尚品牌，新技术、媒体和通讯（TMT），以及半导体产业。

仓律师也曾代表多家中国上市企业完成跨境并购和对外直接投资，其服务的客户包括国内知名医药和工业制造企业、央企和政策性银行。仓律师的代表性案例包括代表九洲药业收购诺华制药旗下资产；代表九洲在美国收购医药研发资产等。

这是在迎来张逸聪律师加盟香港办公室后，近期竞天公诚第二宗横向招聘。

Jingtian adds investment and M&A partner in Shanghai

Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired corporate and M&A lawyer Arthur Tsang as a partner in its Shanghai office. Before joining Jingtian, Tsang was a partner at Hylands Law Firm.

Tsang has more than 10 years of experience in the fields of corporate issues, cross-border M&A, and investment. His clients include the world's leading MNCs in the areas of luxury brands and fashion, TMT, and semiconductors.

Tsang has also represented a number of PRC listed companies on their cross-border M&A and direct investment projects. He’s particularly familiar with such projects of medicine as well as manufacturing companies.

This is the second lateral hire of Jingtian after adding Kelvan Cheung as a partner in Hong Kong, which also happened this June.
