安理律师事务所近日迎来郭庆律师、孙靖宇律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前两位律师都执业于京都律师事务所。

郭庆律师拥有民商事诉讼与仲裁、涉外争议解决、刑民交叉案件等领域的丰富经验，承办过大量重大复杂民商事诉讼案件。她代理的诸多重要诉讼案件在行业内具有前沿参考价值。郭律师深度服务于汽车行业，并关注于智能驾驶问题。

孙靖宇律师的专业领域为并购与投融资、公司合规、商事诉讼与仲裁。他曾参与过多项重大投融资并购项目，并为多家知名公司的海外投资纠纷提供法律服务。

安理主任王清友律师表示，“随着对外开放不断深入，涉外业务领域不断拓宽，对律师处理跨境案件的专业能力也提出了更高要求。他们的加入将进一步增强安理跨境法律服务整体竞争力”。

这是安理在今年9月引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Anli adds litigation and M&A experts in Beijing

Anli Partners has hired Catherine Guo and Donald Sun as partners in its Beijing office. Both were from King & Capital Law Firm.

Guo has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, foreign dispute resolution, and crossover criminal and civil cases. She has a distinguished track record in civil and commercial dispute resolution and foreign criminal litigation and has represented many cutting-edge litigation cases in the industry.

Meanwhile, Sun specializes in M&A and investment financing, corporate compliance, commercial litigation, and arbitration. He has been involved in several major investment and financing projects and has acted for some well-known companies in overseas investment disputes.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires at Anli this September.
