竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来高凯元、金盈、王雨峰、何妍蕾、朱磊五位律师以合伙人身份加入其杭州、上海及北京办公室。

高凯元律师专注于重大民商事争议解决、疑难复杂诉讼案件代理、刑民交叉案件代理及公司法律风险防范。从业十年来，他承接诉讼标的逾千万的案件近百起。此前，高凯元律师任职于浙江泽大律师事务所，他将加入竞天公诚杭州办公室。

金盈律师有近二十年的法律从业经历，她深耕私募股权和风险投资、基金设立和运营、境外直接投资、投资和并购等领域，服务于医疗、环保、集成电路等多个行业。加入竞天公诚之前，金盈律师任职于上海市金茂律师事务所，她将加入竞天公诚上海办公室。

同样曾任职于金茂律师事务所的王雨峰律师、何妍蕾律师也将加入竞天公诚上海办公室。

王雨峰律师专注于资本市场、投资与并购、私募股权与风险投资、基金设立及运营领域。他作为团队牵头人，已经为多家境内外上市公司、非上市公众公司、创新企业、基金等提供法律服务。

何妍蕾律师则深耕于收购兼并/资产重组、企业改制、期货、股权投融资等领域。她曾为多家境内公司境外上市提供境内重组以及境外直接投资相关法律服务，并参与了20余项改制、吸收合并等类型的资产重组项目。

朱磊律师长期从事跨境能源项目的投资与并购、项目开发和融资，以及能源与基础设施项目国际工程承包服务。她曾为诸多大型能源企业的海外投资和工程承包项目提供全过程法律服务，业务涉及全球30多个国家。此前朱磊律师任职于阳光时代律师事务所，她将加入竞天公诚北京办公室。

这是竞天公诚今年的第三批合伙人级别引入。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds cap mkts, dispute and energy partners

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently hired five partners, namely Gao Kaiyuan, Jin Ying, Wang Yufeng, He Yanlei, and Zhu Lei, to its Hangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing offices, respectively.

Gao Kaiyuan is a seasoned litigator with rich experiences in the area of the prevention of corporate legal risks. Gao previously worked at Zhejiang Zedai Law Firm and he will join the firm in Hangzhou.

Jin Ying specializes in private equity and venture capital, fund establishment and operation, offshore direct investment, investment, and M&A in a variety of fields including healthcare, environmental protection, and integrated circuits. Prior to joining the firm in Shanghai, she worked at Shanghai Jinmao Law Firm.

Wang Yufeng and He yanlei were also joined from Jinmao Law Firm and will start their new careers in Jingtian & Gongcheng’s Shanghai office.

Wang Yufeng specializes in the areas of capital markets, investment and M&A, private equity and venture capital, and fund formation and operation. He has provided legal services to several domestic and foreign listed companies, unlisted public companies, innovative enterprises and funds.

Meanwhile He Yanlei is an expert in the areas of M&A, asset restructuring, corporate restructuring, futures, equity investment and financing. She has provided legal services in relation to domestic restructuring and overseas direct investment for a number of domestic companies listed overseas and has already participated in more than 20 asset restructuring projects.

Zhu Lei has long been engaged in cross-border energy project investment and M&A, project development and financing, as well as international engineering contracting for energy and infrastructure projects. She has provided legal services to many large energy companies in the whole process of their overseas investment and contracting projects, covering more than 30 countries around the world. Zhu moved from  Sunshine Law Firm and will join the firm in Beijing.

This is the third round of partner-level hires for Jingtian & Gongcheng this year.
