方达律师事务所近日迎来陈鹤岚律师、邹雯律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海及深圳办公室。

陈鹤岚律师专注于资本市场逾二十年，为众多中国知名企业提供过IPO、投融资、并购重组等一系列法律服务，客户涉及汽车、航空、电器、能源、医药、金融投资等行业。陈鹤岚律师曾在方达作为律师执业，回归方达前，他在嘉源律师事务所担任资深合伙人。

邹雯律师深耕知识产权和刑事专业，特别聚焦商业秘密领域，为众多跨国企业、国内上市公司、互联网巨头提供刑事、民事法律服务，为客户取得临时禁令、侵权人入罪、高额赔偿等积极成果。此前邹雯律师在己任律师事务所担任合伙人。

方达在一份新闻稿中指出，两位合伙人的引入进一步提升了方达在资本市场和知识产权领域的整体实力。

这是方达在今年引入的第三批合伙人级别律师。
 

Fangda adds capital market and IP experts in Shanghai and Shenzhen

Fangda Partners has hired Aaron Chen and Zou Wen as partners in its Shanghai and Shenzhen offices. 

Aaron Chen has been focusing on capital markets for over 20 years and has provided IPO, financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and integration services to numerous companies in industries such as automobile, aviation, electrical, energy, pharmaceutical, finance and investment. Chen previously practiced as a lawyer at Fangda and prior to his return to the firm, he was a senior partner at Jia Yuan Law Offices.

Zou Wen is deeply involved in practices related to intellectual property and criminal law. She focuses on trade secret-related services and has provided criminal and civil legal services to many multinational corporations, domestic listed companies and internet giants, achieving positive results for clients such as temporary injunctions, conviction of infringers and high compensation. Previously, Zou worked as partner in Gen law firm.

Fangda addressed in one press release that the introduction of the two partners would further enhance its overall strength in the capital markets and intellectual property areas.

This is the third batch of partner-level hires made by Fangda this year.
