植德律师事务所近日迎来王海青律师、屈晨希律师、吕景亚律师、付华华律师、李泽宇律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京、上海及武汉办公室。
王海青律师师执业逾十五年，在争议解决、投资基金、银行与金融领域拥有丰富的理论与实践经验。加盟植德前，王律师曾在安理律师事务所担任合伙人。他将加入植德北京办公室。
同样来自安理律师事务所的还有屈晨希律师，他深耕争议解决、银行与金融、政府监管与合规领域，行业领域主要为房地产建设工程、矿产能源、金融、与公司有关的纠纷等。加盟植德后，他将于植德北京展开执业。
吕景亚律师专注于特殊资产与破产重组、争议解决、不动产与基础设施领域，并在企业重组方面具有丰富的执业经验。加盟前，吕律师在湖北元申律师事务所担任合伙人，她将加入植德武汉办公室。
付华华律师拥有十多年的总也惊艳，深耕特殊资产与破产重组、不动产与基础设施、争议解决领域。孙律师曾在国枫律师事务所工作，她将加入植德上海办公室。
李泽宇律师在投融资并购、投资基金领域拥有十余年的丰富经验，她参与的交易项目的金额累计达数百亿。加盟植德前，李律师在中伦律师事务所担任合伙人，她同样工作于植德上海办公室。
植德在一份新闻稿中指出，此次五位合伙人的加入将进一步提升植德在争议解决、特殊资产与破产重组、投融资并购、投资基金、银行与金融、不动产与基础设施等业务领域的服务实力，使植德全周期、立体化、一站式的综合法律服务能力得到进一步增强。
这是植德在10月引入的五位合伙人级别律师后，又一批人才吸纳。
Merits & Tree adds the ninth batch of partners this year
Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently hired Wang Haiqing, Qu Chenxi, Lv Jingya, Fu Huahua and Li Zeyu as partners in its Beijing, Shanghai, and Wuhan offices.
Wang Haiqing has practicing for over 15 years and has extensive theoretical and practical experience in the fields of dispute resolution, investment funds, banking and finance. Prior to joining Merits & Tree’s Beijing office, Wang worked as a partner at Anli Partners.
Qu Chenxi also joins from Anli Partners. He practiced in the areas of dispute resolution, banking and finance, and government regulation and compliance, with a focus on real estate and construction, mining and energy, finance, and company-related disputes. He will start his practice in Beijing after joining Merits & Tree.
Lv Jingya focuses on special asset and insolvency restructuring, dispute resolution, real estate and infrastructure, and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring. Prior to joining the firm, Lv was a partner at Hubei Yuan Shen Law Firm and she will join Merits & Tree’s Wuhan office.
Fu Huahua has more than ten years of practicing and she is also deeply involved in special assets and bankruptcy restructuring, real estate and infrastructure, and dispute resolution. Fu, who was previously with Grandway Law Offices, will join Merits & Tree’s Shanghai office.
Li Zeyu has over ten years of experience in investment and financing M&A and investment funds, and she has been involved in transactions with a cumulative value of tens of billions of dollars. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Li was a partner at Zhonglun Law Firm, she will also join Merits & Tree’s Shanghai office.
Merits & Tree addressed in one press release that the introduction of the five partners would enhance the firm’s overall strength in relevant areas.
This is the ninth batch of partner-level hires made by Merits & Tree this year.
