美国科律律师事务所近日迎来李若木律师以商业部门合伙人的身份加盟其上海办公室。

李若木律师在并购、私募股权和风险投资领域拥有近16年的执业经验，包括代表买方和卖方的上市及私人公司的并购、私有化、股份与资产收购、资产剥离、分拆、合资以及少数股权投资等。她重点关注科技和生命科学行业。加入科律前，李律师在美富律师事务所上海办公室担任合伙人。

这是科律今年在中国内地引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

Cooley adds M&A and Private Equity expert in Shanghai

Cooley has hired Li Ruomu as a partner in the firm’s business department in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining Cooley, Li was partner at Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai office.

Li has nearly 16 years of experience in M&A and private equity and venture capital transactions, including buy-side and sell-side public and private mergers, take-private transactions, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, spinoffs, joint ventures, and minority investments, with special focuses on the tech and biotech industries.

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm in Mainland China this year.
