新年伊始，法律横向招聘市场便迎来新一波人才流动，国际所联营办公室在新年打响头阵，进一步吸引专家加入。

安理国际律师事务所的中国联营所上海朗悦律师事务所近日迎来曹微律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

曹微律师是反垄断领域专家，其专业领域包括就中国境内外经营者集中审查和日常商业行为的各类反垄断案件为跨国企业和中国客户提供法律服务。她擅长为TMT、快速消费品和医疗保健行业就新型反垄断问题提供咨询。

这是朗悦今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。加入安理朗悦联营办公室前，曹律师在年利达律师事务所的中国联营伙伴昭胜律师事务所担任合伙人。

昭胜也于近期宣布纳新，迎来张启迪律师以合伙人的身份加盟其北京办公室。

张启迪律师在为中国和国际企业提供复杂的商业和金融纠纷、跨境调查和监管合规方面具有丰富经验。在加入昭胜年利达联营办公室前，张律师曾在方达律师事务所及高博金律师事务所工作。

Joint Operation Offices add Experts in New Year

Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm, Allen & Overy’s joint operation partner in China, has hired Vivian Cao as a partner in its Shanghai office. 

Cao is an anti-trust expert. She advises multinational and Chinese clients on a wide range of international and domestic merger control and behavioural antitrust matters. Her expertise includes advising on novel antitrust issues in China concerning monopoly agreements and abuse of dominance, especially in the TMT, FMCG and healthcare sectors. 

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm this year. Prior to joining Lang Yue, Cao was partner at Linklaters’ joint operation offices Zhao Sheng Law Firm.

Meanwhile, Linklaters Zhao Sheng also enhanced regional dispute resolution practice with the hire of Ellen Zhang in its Beijing office. 

Zhang has extensive experience advising both Chinese and international corporations on complex commercial and financial disputes, cross-border investigations and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Linklaters Zhao Sheng, Zhang worked at Fangda Partners and Kobre & Kim in New York.
