西班牙顾博国际律师事务所迎来跨境业务专家Sandra Costas以合伙人身份加盟其北京和上海办公室。未来，Costas将与该所其他两位合伙人Omar Puertas 和 Pablo Cubel一起领导顾博国际的中国业务。

加入顾博国际前，Costas曾于资管公司Carpag担任高级法律总监。在从事企业法务及管理工作前，Costas还于欧华律师事务所工作十年。

Costas擅长处理亚洲、欧洲和美洲之间的跨境业务和商业交易，并在为金融、工业和消费品行业的客户进行投资和交易咨询方面具备丰富经验。

顾博成立于1917年，是西班牙市场的领先律所。其于2007年设立了上海办公室，2017年设立北京办公室，主要服务于欧洲，尤其是西葡两国企业与中国企业间的投资及合作交易。

顾博网站显示，其目前在大中华区拥有3名合伙人。

Spanish firm Cuatrecasas expands China practice

Spanish firm Cuatrecasas has hired Sandra Costas as partner and she will be working from the firm’s Beijing and Shanghai offices. Costas will lead the firm’s China practice alongside partners Omar Puertas and Pablo Cubel in the future.

Costas worked for Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China for four years before moving to private practice with DLA Piper for the firm’s China practice. She then moved in-house to investment management company Carpag as senior legal director and was based in Hong Kong.

Costas specializes in cross border business and commercial transactions between Asia, Europe and the Americas, representing clients in the financial, industrial and consumer goods sectors in investments and transactions.

Founded in 1917, Cuatrecasas is a leading firm on the Spanish legal market. It established its Shanghai office back in 2007 and its Beijing office followed in 2017. The firm’s three partners in China mainly advise on investment deals between Chinese and European companies.
