近日，立足华南法律市场的君信律师事务所与经纶君厚律师事务所宣布合并，成立君信经纶君厚律师事务所。

总部位于广州的君信律师事务所成立于1994年，是广东省设立最早的合伙制律所之一。总部同样位于广州的经纶君厚律师事务所则在2021年由经纶律师事务所与君厚律师事务所合并而成。

经过合并，君信经纶君厚目前在海口、广州、美国佛罗里达州及弗吉尼亚州设有分所。 

J&J joins hands with Kingson 

Recently, Kingson Law Firm and J&J Law Firm have merged to establish a new law firm in Guangdong, retaining the same English name as J&J Law Firm.

Established in 1994, Guangzhou-headquartered Kingson Law Firm is one of the earliest partnership law firms in Guangdong province. Guangdong J&J Law Firm was formed by the merger of Guangdong Jinglun Law Office (since 1994) and Guangdong Junhou Law Firm (since 1996) in June 2021.

J&J addressed in a press release that the firm has set up two branches in Guangzhou, Haikou, and two overseas offices in Florida and Virginia at present.
