德汇律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家沈辉博士以合伙人的身份加盟其华盛顿特区办公室。加入德汇之前，沈律师曾于美国世强律师事务所担任合伙人。

沈律师在知识产权诉讼的各个阶段均具有丰富的实务经验，并在电气系统、计算机软件、半导体器件和清洁能源技术方面拥有深厚的技术背景。

沈律师曾为多家中国企业提供涉外知识产权服务，代表案例包括为一家业界领先的国内重工业公司在其主要竞争对手提起的国际贸易委员会337诉讼中辩护并获得胜诉；帮助一家全球领先的国内电信设备公司在为期数周的商业秘密盗用庭审中赢得最佳结果；代表一家中国无人机公司应对其主要竞争对手的法律攻势，发起了史上第一起中国公司作为原告的国际贸易委员会337 诉讼，最终以对客户最为有利的条件和解等。

Dorsey adds IP expert in Washington DC, aiming to expand China-related business

Dorsey & Whitney has hired IP expert Dr. Shen Hui as a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation group in its Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney, Shen was a partner at Steptoe & Johnson.

Shen is experienced in all stages of IP litigation and has a strong technical background in electrical systems, computer software, semiconductor device, and clean energy technology. 

Shen has provided foreign-related IP services to many Chinese companies, including: Defended a leading Chinese heavy industry company in an ITC case filed by its main US competitor and won the case; Helped a leading Chinese telecommunications company in a three-week trade secret misappropriation trial that resulted in a jury verdict 1/100thwhat plaintiff was seeking;  Helped a leading Chinese drone company to file the first ITC case with a Chinese complainant and successfully secured a favorable settlement.
