汉坤律师事务所近日迎来资本市场领域专家徐萍律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

徐律师深耕资本市场领域逾二十年，尤其擅长处理证券、公司并购、资产重组及境外融资业务。加入汉坤之前，徐律师于天元律师事务所担任管理合伙人。

徐律师于2003年起便在天元上海分所担任合伙人，曾主导过若干在金融、食品、医疗等领域具有开创性和影响力的重大项目。

汉坤在一份新闻稿中表示，徐律师的加入将持续增强汉坤境内外资本市场业务实力和行业影响力。

这是汉坤今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

Ex-Tian Yuan MP joins Han Kun in Shanghai

Han Kun Law Offices has hired capital markets expert Xu Ping as a partner in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining Han Kun, Xu was the managing partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm's Shanghai office.

Xu joined Tian Yuan as a partner back in 2003. During the past 20 years with the firm, Xu has been engaged in capital markets, advising influence deals in the fields of finance, food, and healthcare. She also specializes in securities, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructurings, and overseas financing. 

Han Kun addressed in a release that this addition will further bolster Han Kun’s capital markets capabilities and industry influence.

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
