中闻律师事务所近日迎来乾坤律师事务所的张天宝律师、刘娟律师、魏武刚律师、郭雁君律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加入中闻之前，几位律师都于乾坤担任高级合伙人。

张律师的专业领域为公司法律事务，投融资争端解决，家族财富管理等；刘律师则专注于劳动法，知识产权；魏律师聚焦新能源开发与并购，刑事；郭律师则深耕不良资产处置，争议解决领域。

这是中闻今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Zhong Wen adds four experts in Beijing

Zhong Wen Law Firm has hired four experts Zhang Tianbao, Liu Juan, Wei Wugang, Guo Yanjun as partners in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Zhong Wen, the four experts were all senior partners in Qian Kun Law Firm.

Zhang specializes in corporate, investment and financing dispute resolution, family wealth management; Liu focuses on labour law and intellectual property; Wei specializes in new energy development, M&A and criminal; Guo dedicates to non-performing assets and dispute resolution. 

This is the first batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
