汤律师的主要业务涉及著作权、商标、专利、商业秘密、反不正当竞争等知识产权方面民事、行政、刑事领域案件，企业合规及风险管理，涉及的行业包括影视、玩具、汽车、建筑、文娱等。汤律师将作为高级合伙人加入海华永泰，在此之前，汤律师于上海维雍律师事务所执业。

周律师具有丰富的商事争端和知识产权争端解决经验，她擅长为互联网领域的商标、专利、著作权争端提供法律服务。周律师将作为高级合伙人加入海华永泰，在此之前，周律师曾于上海沪师律师事务所执业。

王律师的主要业务领域包括涉外执行、刑事辩护/控告、合规及风险管理、公司并购及企业常年法律顾问服务，涉及的行业包括美妆、生物制药、供应链金融、食品加工等。王律师将作为合伙人加入海华永泰，在此之前，王律师在上海市靖予霖律师事务所执业。

海华永泰在一份新闻稿中表示，他们的加入为该所吸引更多优秀人才，为打造卓越平台，蓄力发展新格局书写了浓墨重彩的一笔。

这是海华永泰今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Hiways adds three experts’ teams in Shanghai

Hiways Law Firm has hired  three experts Tang Lanxiang, Zhou Jiao, Wang Danping and their teams in its Shanghai office. 

Tang's practice mainly involves civil, administrative and criminal cases in the field of intellectual property such as copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and anti-unfair competition. She focuses on industries such as film and television, toys, automobile, construction, and entertainment. Prior to joining Hiways, Tang worked at Shanghai Weiyong Law Firm.

Zhou has extensive experience in commercial disputes and intellectual property dispute resolution, and she specializes in providing legal services for trademark, patent and copyright dispute resolution in the internet sector. Prior to joining Hiways, Zhou worked at Shanghai Hushi Law Firm.

Wang's main areas of practice include foreign enforcement, criminal defence/prosecution, compliance and risk management, corporate M&A and corporate general counsel services in industries such as beauty, biopharmaceutical, supply chain finance and food processing. Prior to joining Hiways, Wang worked at Shanghai Jing Yulin Law Firm.

Hiways addressed in a press release that the three experts’ addition to the firm is a significant step forward in attracting more talented people to the firm and building a platform for excellence and a new pattern of development.

This is the first batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
