近日，国枫律师事务所杭州办公室正式开业，成为该所全球范围内第7家分支机构。

国枫在一份新闻稿中表示，国枫杭州的业务主要涉及常年法律服务顾问、首次公开发行与上市、上市公司再融资、并购与重组、争议解决、知识产权、数据合规、刑事合规、破产重整、资产证券化、员工股权激励、银行与非银行金融等多元化法律服务。

与此同时，国枫杭州近日也迎来了陈旭琰律师、杨婕律师、倪金丹律师、潘君辉律师、赵寻律师以合伙人身份加盟。

陈旭琰律师在公司纠纷、合伙企业纠纷、合同纠纷、不正当竞争等争议解决、企业法律顾问等领域具有丰富的执业经验，自2006年执业以来，代理了数百件民商事诉讼、仲裁案件。加入国枫前，他曾执业于浙江泽大律师事务所。

杨婕律师主要从事金融证券业务，具备非常丰富的实务经验，她曾为多家公司提供IPO法律服务、投融资、并购、再融资等法律服务。加入国枫前，她曾执业于浙江天册律师事务所。

倪金丹律师具备逾十年的实务经验，她的主要业务领域为境内首次公开发行股票并上市、上市公司再融资及并购重组、投融资及股权激励等。加入国枫前，她曾执业于国浩律师事务所。

潘君辉律师有着近20年的法官、律师、仲裁员从业经历，他专注于复杂民商事争议解决，在投融资、建设工程、执行异议以及上诉等争议解决领域积累了丰富的胜诉案例。加入国枫前，他曾执业于浙江泽大律师事务所。

赵寻律师擅长境内资本市场、公司证券业务，具有丰富的从业经验和项目管理经验。自2008年执业以来，已为多家上市公司、拟上市公司提供各类法律服务。加入国枫前，她曾先后执业于国浩律师事务所、德恒律师事务所。

这是国枫今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Grandway opens in Hangzhou, adding five experts

Beijing-headquartered Grandway Law Offices has recently opened a new office in Hangzhou, which is the firm’s seventh branch globally.

Grandway addressed in a press release that its Hangzhou office has nearly 30 professionals and will mainly focus on areas of IPO, refinancing of listed companies, M&A and restructuring, dispute resolution, intellectual property, data compliance, criminal compliance, bankruptcy, asset securitization, employee equity incentive, banking and non-banking finance and other diversified legal services.

Meanwhile, Grandway Hangzhou has also hired five experts Chen xuyan, Yang Jie, Ni Jindan, Pan Junhui, and Zhao Xun as partners. 

Chen has extensive experience in corporate disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes, unfair competition, and other dispute resolution, corporate legal counsel, etc. Since 2006, he has represented hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases. Prior to joining Grandway, he worked at Zhejiang Zedai Law Firm.

Yang is mainly engaged in financial and securities practice, she has provided IPO legal services, investment and financing, M&A, refinancing, and other legal services for many companies. Prior to joining Grandway, she worked at T&C Law Firm.

With over ten years of experience, Ni focuses on IPO, M&A, and restructuring of listed companies, investment and financing, and equity incentives. Prior to joining Grandway, she worked at Grandall Law Firm.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a judge, lawyer, and arbitrator, Pan specializes in complex civil and commercial dispute resolution and has accumulated a wealth of successful cases in the areas of investment and financing, construction engineering, enforcement objections, and appeals. Prior to joining Grandway, he worked at Zhejiang Zeda Law Firm.

Zhao specializes in the domestic capital market and corporate securities business and has rich experience in practice and project management. Since 2008, she has provided various legal services for many listed companies and proposed listed companies. Prior to joining Grandway, she worked at Grandall Law Firm and DeHeng Law Offices.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2023.
