竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来王煜、聂彦萍、王蓓、范庆东四位律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京、上海办公室。

王煜、范庆东律师将加盟该所的北京办公室。王煜律师此前任安杰律师事务所合伙人，他是投资与并购、私募股权与风险投资等领域专家，服务于众多PE基金以及创业期企业，所服务行业包括传统制造业、TMT、半导体、文化传媒、教育培训、医疗大健康、商业零售、新消费等。

范庆东律师则是刑事领域专家，此前曾在北京市人民检察院某分院、中闻律师事务所任职，他办理或参与辩护过百余件刑事大案要案，重点涉及职务犯罪、金融犯罪、知识产权犯罪等。

在上海，竞天公诚迎来聂彦萍、王蓓两位律师加盟，她们都曾任海华永泰律师事务所高级合伙人。聂律师为争议解决领域专家，专注于公司治理类争端解决、公司并购争议、损害公司利益、疑难商事合同纠纷等诉讼、仲裁，以及企业投融资、非诉讼的法律业务。

王蓓则为劳动法专家，为企业提供HR全流程法律合规、多元化用工筹划与实施、规章制度/薪酬设计/裁员/高管激励/商业秘密保护等专项在内的各项法律服务产品。

今年1月，竞天公诚刚刚在上海办公室引进了合伙人束小江律师。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds four partners in Beijing, Shanghai

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently welcomed four lawyers, Wang Yu, Nie Yanping, Wang Bei, and Fan Qingdong, to join its Beijing and Shanghai offices as partners.

Wang Yu and Fan Qingdong both joined the firm in Beijing. Wang, who was a partner at AnJie Law Firm, is an expert in the fields of investment and M&A, as well as private equity and venture capital. He has served many PE funds and start-up companies, focusing on the sectors of traditional manufacturing, TMT, semiconductors, media, education, healthcare, retail, consumers goods, etc.

Fan, who is a criminal law expert, has joined from Zhongwen Law Firm. Fan has handled or participated in defense of hundreds of major criminal cases, mainly involving duty crime, financial crime, intellectual property crime, etc.

In Shanghai, the firm welcomed Nie Yanping and Wang Bei, both served as senior partners at Shanghai Hiways Law Firm. Nie is a dispute resolution expert, focusing on corporate governance disputes, corporate merger disputes, and complex commercial contract disputes.

Meanwhile Wang Bei is an expert in labor law, providing enterprises with HR-related full-process legal compliance, and diversified employment planning and implementation services.

Jingtian & Gongcheng has just hired Lawrence Shu as a partner in its Shanghai office early this January.
