近日，安理律师事务所迎来诉讼专家宇文鸿雁以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加入安理前，宇文律师曾在京都律师事务所担任合伙人。

宇文律师擅长于民商事诉讼及仲裁、家族企业传承法律事务、家企资产隔离、家族企业股权架构设置等业务，执业以来办理过数百件大额民商事诉讼案件，在高净值人士法律风险防控及争议解决、家族企业治理及股权结构设置、涉外家事争议、移民等领域有丰富办案经验。

安理在一份新闻稿中指出，宇文律师的加盟将进一步夯实全链条、全领域法律服务专业支撑，强化复杂法律问题应对和解决能力带来强有力的新动能。

这是安理今年引入的第二批合伙人级别律师。

Anli adds litigation expert in Beijing

Anli Partners has hired litigation expert Yuwen Hongyan as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Anli, Yuwen worked as a partner at King & Capital Law Firm. 

Yuwen specializes in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, family business inheritance legal affairs, family business asset segregation and family business shareholding structure setting. She has handled hundreds of large civil and commercial litigation cases since her practice, and has rich experience in legal risk prevention and dispute resolution for high net worth individuals, family business governance and shareholding structure setting, foreign-related family disputes and immigration.

Anli addressed in a release that the addition of Yuwen will further strengthen the professional support of the firm’s whole chain and the whole field of legal services.

This is the second batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2023.
