西盟斯律师事务所近日迎来能源专家David Blumental律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。加入西盟斯前，Blumental曾在瑞生国际律师事务所担任合伙人。

Blumental在跨境能源和自然资源交易、传统能源、基础设施、可再生能源、新兴技术和其他能源转型及相关环境、社会和治理（ESG）事项等方面拥有24年的丰富经验。

Simmons & Simmons added energy expert David Blumental as a partner in its Hong Kong office. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, he worked at Latham & Watkins.

Blumental has 24 years of experience advising on cross-border energy and natural resource transactions and on projects spanning traditional energy and infrastructure as well as renewables, emerging technologies and other energy transition and related environment, social and governance (ESG) matters.

With Blumental’s addition, Simmons & Simmons now counts 16 partners in Hong Kong.
