植德律师事务所近日迎来三位专家顾靖、蔡国强、张健鑫以合伙人身份加入其上海、深圳办公室。

顾靖律师拥有近三十年的执业经验，专注于争议解决、不动产与基础设施、银行与金融等领域。加入植德前，他曾在炜衡律师事务所担任合伙人多年。他将在上海展开工作。

蔡国强律师同样曾担任炜衡律师事务所上海办公室伙人。他具备全面的涉外法律服务能力，尤其在涉日业务上具有突出优势，多年来深耕于争议解决、银行与金融、不动产与基础设施等领域。

张健鑫律师在破产重整、破产清算、庭外协议重组、不良资产与特殊机会投资、困境企业危机咨询等业务领域拥有丰富的执业经验。加入植德前，他曾在金杜律师事务所工作，未来将工作于植德深圳办公室。

植德在一份新闻稿中表示，三位专家的加入充分展现了植德的人才“虹吸力”，将使其全周期、立体化、一站式的综合法律服务能力得到进一步的提升。

这是植德在今年引入的第五批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree adds three experts

Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired Gu Jing, Cai Guoqiang, Zhang Jianxin as partners in its Shanghai, Shenzhen offices, respectively.

Gu has nearly thirty years of legal experience, specializing in the areas of dispute resolution, real estate and infrastructure, and banking and finance. He was a partner at W&H Law Firm in Shanghai for many years.

Cai also joined the firm from W&H Law Firm's Shanghai office, where he was a partner. Cai is an expert in foreign-related legal services with strong knowledge of Japan-related business, and he has worked for many years in dispute resolution, banking and finance, real estate, and infrastructure. 

Meanwhile Zhang joined from King & Wood Mallesons' Shenzhen office. He has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy restructuring, insolvency liquidation, out-of-court agreement restructuring, distressed assets and special opportunity investment, and crisis advisory for distressed companies. 

Merits & Tree addressed in a press release that adding the three partners will further enhance its full-cycle legal services capabilities.

This is the firm's fifth batch of partner-level hires in 2023.
