浩天律师事务所近日迎来数据合规专家董皓博士、知识产权专家肇旭律师以高级合伙人身份加入其上海办公室。

董皓律师在科技法、数据合规、知识产权和跨境投资领域积累了 18 年的专业经验，他曾服务过众多全球五百强、跨国公司和独角兽企业，行业经验遍及互联网、智能硬件、文旅娱乐、奢侈品、新农业、机械制造、能源和矿业等领域。加入浩天前，董律师曾在上海富杰律师事务所担任合伙人。

肇旭律师多年来深耕于知识产权、争议解决、健康与生命科学等领域，具备扎实的法律理论功底与丰富的法律实务经验。加入浩天前，肇律师曾于天同律师事务所工作。

这是浩天继前安杰创始合伙人顾正平律师后，于上海办公室最新吸纳的两位合伙人级别律师。

Hylands adds duo in Shanghai

Hylands Law Firm has recently added data compliance expert Dong Hao, and intellectual property expert Zhao Xu as senior partner in its Shanghai office.

With 18 years of experience in technology law, data compliance, intellectual property and cross-border investment, Dong has served many Fortune 500, multinational and unicorn companies, with industry experience in Internet, smart hardware, cultural and entertainment, luxury goods, new agriculture, machinery manufacturing, energy and mining sectors. Prior to joining Hylands, Dong worked as partner at FuJae Partners.

Meanwhile, Zhao has been working in the fields of intellectual property, dispute resolution, health and life sciences for many years. Zhao worked at TianTong Law Firm previously.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in Shanghai after the adding of ex-Anjie founding partner Gu Zhengping.
