在刑事合规与商业犯罪辩护领域，韩律师也办理了大量案件，主要涉及反腐败与反贿赂合规、反洗钱合规，以及非法吸收公众存款、集资诈骗、合同诈骗、信用证诈骗、职务侵占、背信损害上市公司利益、商业贿赂、洗钱等犯罪的辩护工作。

这是君泽君今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

JunZeJun Law Offices recently added dispute resolution expert Han Dai as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to Joining JunZeJun, Han worked at Anli Partners.

With extensive experience in legal practice, Han has long been dedicated to commercial dispute resolution, international trade, and maritime commerce, providing legal services to several central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, listed companies, high-tech enterprises, and energy companies. 

In the area of criminal compliance and commercial crime defence, Han has also handled a large number of cases, mainly involving anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance, anti-money laundering compliance, and the defence of crimes such as illegal public deposit taking, capital raising fraud, contract fraud, letter of credit fraud, embezzlement, breach of trust to the detriment of listed companies, commercial bribery and money laundering.

This is the firm's first batch of partner-level hires this year.
