卓纬律师事务所近日迎来三位专家张颖川、朱祖、王融擎律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

张律师深耕于争议解决、整体危机处置、破产清算与债权申报，他兼具乙方的工作经验与甲方视角，尤其擅长在错综复杂的争议事件中，围绕最终的商业目标，为客户提供一揽子法律解决方案。加入卓纬前，张律师曾在锦天城律师事务所任职。

朱律师主要专注于跨境并购、投融资、公司治理和合规等业务，她的客户包括跨国企业、大型央企和初创企业，涉及医药化工、健康食品、娱乐与体育、工业品分销、轻工业制造、船舶零部件和系统、汽车和新能源等多个行业。加入卓纬前，朱律师曾在中伦律师事务所任职。

王律师的主要执业领域为民商事争议解决，尤其是高级别法院的疑难复杂商事案件以及各类金融纠纷案件。他还经常为客户提供金融产品风险处置及化解、证券合规咨询等诉前专项法律服务。加入卓纬前，王律师曾在天同律师事务所任职。

Chance Bridge adds three experts in Shanghai

Chance Bridge Law Firm recently added three experts, Zhang Yingchuan, Zhu Zu, and Wang Rongqing, as partners in its Shanghai office. 

Zhang specialises in dispute resolution, overall crisis management, insolvency and bankruptcy, and claims filing. He combines both B-side experience and A-side perspective and is particularly adept at providing clients with legal solutions to complex disputes, centered on the ultimate business objectives. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, Zhang worked at AllBright Law Offices.

Zhu focuses on cross-border M&A, investment and financing, corporate governance and compliance. Her clients include multinational corporations, large central enterprises and start-ups in various industries, including pharmaceuticals and chemicals, health and food, entertainment and sports, industrial distribution, light manufacturing, marine components and systems, automotive and new energy. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, Zhu worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Wang's primary practice areas are civil and commercial dispute resolution, challenging and complex commercial cases in high-level courts and various financial disputes. He also provides pre-litigation specialised legal services to clients, such as financial product risk disposal and resolution and securities compliance advice. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, Wang worked at Tiantong Law Firm.
