竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来甘为民、薛颖圆律师以合伙人身份加盟。

甘律师将加入竞天公诚北京、杭州办公室，他专注于知识产权与资本市场领域，拥有丰富的知识产权及企业境内外上市融资经验。加入竞天公诚前，甘律师曾在观韬中茂律师事务所担任管理合伙人。

薛律师将加入竞天公诚上海、深圳办公室，她拥有超过十五年的执业经验，深耕于投资与并购、重大资产重组、私募股权与风险投资、境外投资、外商直接投资等领域。加入竞天公诚前，薛律师曾在达辉律师事务所担任合伙人。

竞天公诚在一份新闻稿中表示，两位合伙人的加入将为竞天公诚不断提升业务水准、开拓法律服务市场增添力量。

这是竞天公诚在7月继迎来孙甜、张显峰、许懿三位合伙人之后的又一次人才引入。

Jingtian & Gongcheng adds duo experts 

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recently welcomed two new partners, Gan Weimin, Xue Yingyuan.

Gan specialises in intellectual property and capital markets and will be based in Beijing and Hangzhou offices. He brings extensive experience in corporate finance for domestic and overseas listings, having served as a managing partner at Guantao Law Firm.

Meanwhile, Xue, who will be based in Shanghai and Shenzhen offices, has over fifteen years of experience in investment, M&A, and private equity and venture capital, as background in major asset restructuring, and outbound and foreign direct investments. She was previously a partner at Dahui Lawyers.

The firm is confident that the addition of these two partners will contribute to the continuous improvement of their business standards and the development of the legal services market.

This is the second batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in July.
