ALB持续关注粤港澳大湾区律师的发展动向，近日，又一波香港法律人才已然加盟大湾区律所，寻求进一步的业务扩张。
广东卓建律师事务所近日迎来香港的近律师行合伙人苏子敏、吴尚敏、廖子恒、袁凯英、黄晓敏，高级律师陈琳丹以大湾区律师的身份加盟。与此同时，的近合伙人方婉婷、高级律师林思妍也同样以大湾区律师的身份加盟世辉律师事务所深圳办公室。
苏子敏律师的专业领域为诉讼和争议解决；吴尚敏律师在处理广泛的民事案件和商业纠纷（包括合同纠纷）拥有丰富的经验；廖子恒律师专注于知识产权领域；袁凯英律师的专业领域包括诉讼、仲裁和争议解决；黄晓敏律师在金融法和监管事务上经验丰富；方婉婷律师则十分擅长私募基金领域的工作。
此外，香港德辅大律师事务所资深大律师王鸣峰、何淑瑛、李匡怡也通过了粤港澳大湾区执业律师考核并加盟汇仲律师事务所大湾区办公室。
王鸣峰大律师在商事诉讼和国际仲裁领域具有广泛的执业经验；何淑瑛大律师善于处理各类民事案件，执业重点包括商事法、公司法以及保险法；李匡怡大律师则擅长处理各类商业诉讼及跨境仲裁。

Following ALB's observation of Hong Kong and Macau lawyers to be issued with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice's practicing certificate for lawyers in the Greater Bay Area, more and more Hong Kong legal talents are ready to launch their legal careers in the Greater Bay Area.
Zhuo Jian Law Firm recently added partners Peter So, Carmen Ng, Ian Liu, Justin Yuen, Isabella Wong, and senior associate Tana Chan from Deacons. Besides, partner Fiona Fong and senior associate Jasmine Lam joined Shihui Partners in its Shenzhen office.
Peter So specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. Carmen Ng has extensive experience in handling a wide range of civil cases and commercial disputes. Ian Liu focuses on patent and design practice. Justin Yuen has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Isabella Wong has extensive experience servicing financial institutions on legal and regulatory matters. Fiona Fong specializes in the formation of private funds in both onshore (particularly open-ended fund companies (OFC) and limited partnership funds (LPF)) and offshore fund structures.
In addition, William Wong, Sabrina Ho, Connie Lee from Des Voeux Chambers also passed the exam and joined Hui Zhong Law Firm recently.
William Wong's practice covers a wide spectrum of contentious commercial litigation. Sabrina Ho practices in all areas of civil work, with an emphasis on commercial, company, and insurance law. Connie Lee has a broad practice in commercial litigation and arbitration including those with cross-border elements and with experience in company and insolvency matters.
