卓纬律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家刘欣杰律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

刘律师具有20年的执业经验，在资本市场尤其是大资管领域的非诉以及争议解决经验丰富，特别专注于证券投资基金的募集发行、外商投资和并购等。加入卓纬之前，刘律师曾就职于德和衡律师事务所。

卓纬在一份新闻稿中表示，刘律师的加入将加强该所长三角地区的业务实力，力促其在资本市场、争议解决、企业合规等领域的业务能力得到进一步提升。

这是卓纬今年引入的第五位合伙人级别律师。

Chance Bridge adds capital markets expert in Shanghai

Syndia Liu, a capital markets expert, has joined Chance Bridge Law Firm as a partner in their Shanghai office.

With 20 years of experience in non-litigation and dispute resolution in the capital market, Liu specialises in capital management, securities investment fundraising and issuing, foreign investment, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, she worked at DHH Law Firm.

In a press release, Chance Bridge announced that Liu's addition to the team will strengthen their practice in the Yangtze River Delta region and enhance their expertise in capital markets, dispute resolution, and corporate compliance.

This is the fifth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
