植德律师事务所近日迎来张宝旺律师、姚莹律师、王圣琛律师、杜伟龙律师、高伟律师、卢翔律师以合伙人身份加盟。
其中，张律师、姚律师、杜律师此前均为海鲲律师事务所合伙人；高律师、卢律师则曾在恒都律师事务所工作；加入植德前，王律师曾就职于大成律师事务所。
张律师从事律师行业20余年，擅长处理建筑工程领域内的法律纠纷，尤其擅长建设工程合同纠纷。
姚律师的主要执业领域为特殊资产与破产重组，曾为多地政府、国企平台公司、大中型企业的债务纾困、企业重组及相关衍生项目提供综合性法律服务。
王律师的主要执业领域为金融和类金融机构的争议解决，擅长疑难复杂案件的诉讼与执行。
杜律师自执业以来代理过大量金融借款、特殊资产清收、融资租赁、保理合同纠纷等民商事案件，具有丰富的诉讼和执行经验。
高律师拥有12年律师执业经历，主要执业领域为金融、投融资并购、建筑工程、执行等。
卢律师一直专注于建设工程与房地产类争议解决案件，在司法系统工作数年后从事律师工作。
这是植德今年引入的第八批合伙人级别律师。
Merits & Tree adds six partners
Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently added six new partners to their team: Eric Zhang, Yao Ying, Wang Shengchen, Du Weilong, Gao Wei, and Lu Xiang.
Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Zhang, Yao, and Du worked at Hai Kun Law Office, while Gao and Lu worked at Hengdu Law Offices. Wang was previously with Dacheng Law Offices.
Zhang has over 20 years of experience practicing law and specialises in handling legal disputes related to construction and engineering, especially in construction contract disputes.
Yao's focus is on special assets and bankruptcy restructuring, providing comprehensive legal services for debt relief, corporate restructuring, and related derivative projects for various governmental, state-owned enterprise platform companies, and large and medium-sized enterprises.
Wang specialises in resolving disputes related to financial and financial institutions, with expertise in litigation and enforcement of difficult and complex cases.
Du has represented a large number of financial loans, special asset liquidation, financial leasing, factoring contract disputes, and other civil and commercial cases since he began practicing law. He has rich experience in litigation and enforcement.
Gao has been practicing law for 12 years, specialising in finance, investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, construction engineering, and enforcement.
Lu has been focusing on construction engineering and real estate dispute resolution cases and has practiced law after working in the judicial system for several years.
This is the eighth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
