协力律师事务所迎来合规专家张海律师及其团队加盟其贵阳办公室。

张律师将以高级合伙人身份加入协力，他专注于企业合规、金融法、不良资产处置及金融刑事风险防控，为多家商会、金融机构、国有企业提供常年或专项法律服务。

加入协力之前，张律师曾就职于贵州法以正律师事务所。

这是协力今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Co-effort adds compliance pro in Guiyang

Co-effort Law Firm has recently announced the addition of compliance expert Zhang Hai as a senior partner at its Guiyang office.

Zhang specialises in corporate compliance, financial law, non-performing assets disposal, and financial criminal risk prevention and control. He provides year-round or special legal services to a number of financial institutions and state-owned enterprises.

Prior to joining Co-effort, Zhang worked at Fayizheng Law Firm in Guizhou Province.

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
