卓纬律师事务所近日迎来争议解决专家郭润华律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

郭律师专注于民商事争议解决领域，曾代表多家知名金融机构、私募基金、集团企业处理多起与金融/非金融债权清收、资产管理、股权与公司治理、房地产开发有关的诉讼、仲裁和执行案件。加入卓纬之前，他曾在汉坤律师事务所工作。

卓纬在一份新闻稿中表示，郭律师的加入将助力该所在民商事争议解决这一优势领域的专业能力和服务水平不断提升。

这是卓纬今年引入的第六位合伙人级别律师。

Chance Bridge adds dispute resolution expert in Beijing

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently announced the appointment of Guo Runhua as a partner in its Beijing office.

Guo specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution and has represented a number of well-known financial institutions, private equity funds, and conglomerates in a number of litigation, arbitration, and enforcement cases related to financial/non-financial debt settlement, asset management, equity and corporate governance, and real estate development. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, he worked at Han Kun Law Offices.

Chance Bridge addressed in a press release that the addition of Guo will further help the firm to continuously improve its professional ability and service level in the advantageous area of civil and commercial dispute resolution.

This is the sixth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
