近日，总部位于北京的国浩律师事务所迎来梁如秀律师以合伙人身份加盟其海南办公室。

梁律师此前曾任海南权平律师事务所主任，并于2020年在京师律师事务所海口办公室担任副主任职务。

根据国浩的一份新闻稿，梁律师专注于从事重大案件与项目纠纷解决、建筑房地产、民商事、刑事辩护、行政法等领域业务，擅长办理建筑房地产、民商事等重大复杂疑难诉讼案件及非诉案件。他还曾为地方政府，尤其海南儋州市政府提供多年服务。

海南儋州与洋浦毗邻，海南省政府提出了“儋洋经济圈”发展策略，以洋浦保税港区的正策优势带动儋州共同发展。

根据国浩网站，其海南办公室目前共有33位合伙人。

Grandall welcomes real estate and construction expert in Hainan

Beijing-headquartered Grandall Law Firm has recently hired Liang Ruxiu as a partner at its Hainan office. Liang previously served as the director of Hainan Quanping Law Firm and held the position of deputy director at the Haikou office of Jingsh Law Firm in 2020.

According to Grandall’s press release, Liang specializes in handling major cases, project disputes, real estate and construction legal matters, criminal defense cases, and administrative law cases. He excels in managing complex and challenging litigation cases and non-litigation matters, especially in the real estate and construction field. He has provided services to local governments, particularly the Danzhou Municipal Government in Hainan.

Danzhou, neighboring Yangpu, has been promoted as part of Hainan Province's "Danzhou-Yangpu Economic Zone" development strategy, utilizing the advantages of Yangpu Bonded Port Area to drive joint development of the entire region.

As per Grandall’s website, its Hainan office currently comprises 33 partners.
