张律师在处理不良资产业务领域有着丰富的经验，加入海华永泰之前，她具备多年检察院公诉人工作背景。

赵律师深耕不良资产行业近二十年，善于运用债权转让及债务重组等方式，处理重大、疑难、复杂项目。

王律师的主要业务领域为商事争议解决、金融资管、投资并购、不良资产等领域的诉讼及非诉类法律事务。

Hiways adds five experts and their teams

Hiways Law Firm has hired five experts Liu Xiaoli, Sun Li, Zhang Wei, Zhao Xibao, Wang Zhengfang and their teams.

Liu focuses on criminal-civil intersection and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Hiways, she served as a public prosecutor in Zaozhuang Municipal People's Procuratorate.

Sun's main practice areas include finance, dispute resolution, real estate and construction engineering, corporate and commercial. Prior to joining Hiways, he practiced at AllBright Law Offices.

Zhang has extensive experience in the field of handling non-performing assets. Prior to joining Hiways, she had a background of working as a public prosecutor in the Procuratorate for many years.

Zhao has been deeply involved in the non-performing assets industry for nearly 20 years and is good at handling major, difficult and complex projects by using debt assignment and debt restructuring.

Wang's main practice areas are litigation and non-litigation legal affairs in the fields of commercial dispute resolution, financing and management, investment, mergers and acquisitions, and non-performing assets.
