自近期引入袁帅琦律师后，海问律师事务所又迎来了跨境投资并购与金融监管领域专家刘坚中律师以合伙人身份加盟，刘律师将在其北京、上海、香港办公室工作。

刘律师拥有超过24年的法律工作经验，主要从事跨境投资并购、私募股权投资、金融监管等业务领域，近年来为各类央企、国有主权基金、民企及商业化投资机构在全球许多国家和地区的海外投资提供法律服务。加入海问前，刘律师曾在年利达律师事务所工作。

海问在一份新闻稿中表示，刘律师的加入，将进一步壮大海问在跨境并购和金融监管等领域的综合实力，拓展海问在相关专业服务的广度和深度。

这是海问今年引入的第五批合伙人级别律师。

Haiwen hires new partner to expand cross-border practice

Haiwen & Partners has recently added cross-border expert Eric Liu as a partner, Liu will work at the firm’s Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong office.

Liu has over 24 years of experience, mainly focusing on cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, and financial regulation. In recent years, Liu has provided legal services to various central enterprises, state-owned sovereign funds, private enterprises and commercialized investment institutions for their overseas investments in many countries and regions around the world. Prior to joining Haiwen, Liu worked at Linklaters.

Haiwen addressed in a press release that the addition of Liu will further inject new momentum into its development, expanding the breadth and depth of the firm's practice and industry sectors.

This is the fifth batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year after Yuan Shuaiqi.
