协力律师事务所近日迎来商事争议及刑辩专家叶平律师以高级合伙人身份、商事专家化难律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

叶律师具备法律和金融复合型知识背景，擅长重大疑难复杂的商事争议解决、经济/职务犯罪刑事辩护、财富传承等领域。加入协力前，他曾在海华永泰律师事务所工作。

化律师在公司商事领域深耕十余年，拥有各类商事合同、金融及公司事务的争议解决及不良资产处置执业经验。加入协力前，他曾在上海明伦律师事务所工作。

协力在一份新闻稿中表示，两位专家的加入将为该所的专业建设注入新的力量。

这是协力今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Co-effort strengthens Shanghai office duo hire

Co-effort Law Firm has recently strengthened its Shanghai office bringing on board senior partner Ye Ping and partner Hua Nan.

Ye brings his expertise in the areas of law and finance, with a specialisation in resolving complex commercial disputes, criminal defence of economic/functional crimes, and wealth inheritance. Prior to joining Co-effort, Ye was with Hiways Law Firm.

Hua Nan has over ten years of experience focusing on corporate and commercial matters, with expertise in dispute resolution of various commercial contracts, financial and corporate affairs, and disposal of non-performing assets. Before joining Co-effort, Hua worked at Bright & Young Law Firm.

Co-effort Law Firm has issued a press release acknowledging that the inclusion of these two experts will further augment the professional stature of the organization. 

This is the latest partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
