昭胜律师事务所近日委任常驻上海办公室的公司业务部合伙人顾晓钮律师为新任管理合伙人，接替刘坚中律师担任此职务。

顾律师在涉及中国跨境并购和合资企业交易方面拥有逾20年的经验，涵盖包括汽车、消费品、医疗保健、矿业和房地产等多个领域。

顾律师于2020年加入昭胜，此前，他在年利达律师事务所工作。

Zhang Sheng announces new MP in Shanghai

Zhao Sheng Law Firm has recently announced the Shanghai-based corporate partner, Richard Gu, as the firm’s new managing partner, taking over the leadership from Eric Liu.

Gu has over 20 years of experience in China-related cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions in a wide range of sectors, including automotive, consumer, healthcare, mining and real estate.

Gu joined Zhao Sheng in 2020, and prior to that, he worked at Linklaters.
