中伦律师事务所近日迎来四位专家梁俊杰、孟文翔、石鑫、胜永攀律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳、上海、青岛办公室。

梁律师将加入中伦深圳办公室，他长期从事境内外资本市场、破产重整等相关业务，涵盖芯片、高端装备业、房地产、新能源、化工、汽车、零售等相关领域。加入中伦之前，梁律师曾在环球律师事务所工作。

同样来自环球并将加入深圳办公室的还有胜律师，他深耕知识产权领域逾十年，业务覆盖知识产权权利保护、反垄断和竞争法、诉讼仲裁法律服务领域，客户涉及芯片、新能源等行业。

孟律师将加入中伦上海办公室，他躬耕资本市场和投资并购领域十余年，其业务领域覆盖中国境内外资本市场、公司并购重组、股权投融资等。加入中伦之前，孟律师曾在国枫律师事务所工作。

石律师将成为中伦青岛办公室的合伙人，她专注于资本市场和投资并购领域十五余载，在各区域资本市场、债务重组和不良资产等领域积累了丰富的法律实务经验。加入中伦之前，石律师曾在金杜律师事务所工作。
这是中伦在2023年引入的最后一批合伙人级别律师。

Zhong Lun adds four experts in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Qingdao

Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired four experts Liang Junjie, Meng Wenxiang, Shi Xin, Sheng Yongpan as partners in its Shenzhen, Shanghai, Qingdao offices.

Liang will join Zhonglun's Shenzhen office. He has long been engaged in domestic and international capital markets, bankruptcy and reorganization and other related business, covering the chip, high-end equipment industry, real estate, new energy, chemical industry, automobile, retail, and other related fields. Prior to joining Zhonglun, Liang worked at Global Law Office.

Sheng, also from Global Law Firm, will join the Shenzhen office. He has been specializing in intellectual property rights protection, antitrust and competition law, litigation and arbitration for more than 10 years, with clients in the chip and new energy industries.

Meng will join Zhonglun's Shanghai office. He has over ten years of experience in the capital market and M&A field, and his practice covers China's domestic and international capital markets, M&A and restructuring, and equity investment and financing. Prior to joining Zhonglun, Meng worked at Grandway Law Offices.

Shi will join the firm's Qingdao office. She has been focusing on capital markets and M&A for more than fifteen years and has accumulated rich legal practice experience in capital markets, debt restructuring, and non-performing assets in various regions. Prior to joining Zhonglun, Shi worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2023.
