罗夏信律师事务所近日迎来两位专家简家豪、施美玉律师以合伙人身份加盟香港办公室。

简律师专注于企业并购业务领域，擅长为大型跨境并购交易、公司治理和上市合规项目以及资本市场交易提供法律服务。加入罗夏信之前，简律师曾在中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司工作。

施律师在解决复杂国际争议方面具有超过35年的经验，业务范围涵盖银行诉讼、国际贸易和商事争议解决、劳动法法律服务等。加入罗夏信之前，施律师曾在中伦律师事务所工作。

这是罗夏信在2024年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Stephenson Harwood adds duo experts in HK

Stephenson Harwood has recently added two experts Danny Kan, Dorothy Siron as partners in its Hong Kong office.

Kan is a corporate M&A lawyer who advises on major cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance and listing compliance matters. Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, he worked at Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd.

Siron has more than 35 years of experience advising on complex international disputes. Her wide-ranging practice spans banking litigation, international trade and commercial disputes, employment law work. Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, she worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

This is the first batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2024.
