伟凯律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家杜劲冲律师以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。

杜律师致力于企业融资领域，拥有十多年为发行人、承销商和投资者就香港复杂的资本市场交易、证券、公司和治理事务提供咨询服务的经验。加入伟凯之前，他曾在安理国际律师事务所工作。

伟凯亚太地区银行与资本市场业务负责人文宇轩律师在一份新闻稿中表示，杜律师的加入将进一步扩展伟凯为国际和地区客户就香港首次公开募股和上市公司相关的事项提供全方位法律服务的业务实力。

这是伟凯今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。

White & Case picks up cap markets lawyer from A&O

Capital markets lawyer Ryan Tou has left Allen & Overy to join White & Case as partner in its Hong Kong office.

Tou focuses on corporate finance, including advising issuers, underwriters and investors on complex capital markets transactions, securities, corporate and governance matters in Hong Kong. 

Eugene Man, partner and regional section head of Asia-Pacific banking & capital markets at White & Case addressed in a press release that the addition of Tou represents an exciting expansion of our existing capabilities advising international and regional clients on Hong Kong IPOs and public company issues

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2024.
