世辉律师事务所近日迎来不动产和基础设施领域专家张贤律师以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。

张律师深耕于不动产和基础设施业务领域十余年，主要业务领域包括房地产开发、建设工程、资产运营、物业管理、投资并购和公司治理、困境地产与特殊资产处置、基础设施建设、境外上市、争议解决等。加入世辉之前，她曾在中伦律师事务所工作。

世辉在一份新闻稿中表示，张律师的加入将进一步增强其在不动产和基础设施业务领域的实力。

Shihui adds real estate expert in Beijing

Shihui Partners has recently appointed Zhang Xian as a partner in its Beijing office.

Zhang is an expert in real estate and infrastructure with over a decade of experience in the field. Her expertise includes real estate development, construction engineering, asset operation, property management, investment and M&A and corporate governance, distressed real estate and particular asset disposal, infrastructure construction, offshore listing, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Shihui, she worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Shihui addressed in a press release that the addition of Zhang to their team will further strengthen their real estate and infrastructure practice areas.
