余律师深耕知识产权领域，拥有28年法律相关工作经历，他将以高级合伙人的身份加盟华商。加入华商之前，他曾在欧普照明股份有限公司担任总法律顾问。

汤宇律师的执业领域为跨境投融资、企业涉外投资风控管理、国际争议解决、公司运营与治理，擅长处理南亚及东南亚法域相关法律事务。他也同样将以高级合伙人的身份加盟华商。

吴律师专注于婚姻/家事、合同/劳动领域，并且在公司经营、股权架构设计、海商/国际贸易、商事仲裁等领域有深入研究。他将以合伙人的身份加盟华商。

China Commercial adds three experts in Shanghai

China Commercial Law Firm has recently added three experts Yu Yanhua, Tang Yu, Wu Minghe to its Shanghai office.

Yu has been deeply involved in the field of intellectual property and has 28 years of law-related work experience, will join the firm as a senior partner. Prior to joining China Commercial, he served as General Counsel at Opple Lighting Co.

Tang's practice areas include cross-border investment and financing, risk management of corporate foreign investment, international dispute resolution, corporate operation and governance, and he specializes in legal affairs related to South and Southeast Asian jurisdictions. He will join the firm as a senior partner.

Wu focuses on matrimonial/family and contract/labor matters and has in-depth research in the areas of company operation, equity structure design, maritime/international trade, and commercial arbitration. He will join the firm as a partner.
