安理律师事务所近日迎来仲裁专家陈鲁明律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

陈律师深耕涉外诉讼与仲裁领域近30年，在复杂国际争议、资管及对赌协议纠纷、外商直接投资、项目融资、公司收购与兼并、能源及基础设施等方面具有丰富经验。加入安理之前，陈律师曾在君合律师事务所工作。

安理上海办公室主任陈轶凡律师表示：“陈鲁明律师的到来将推动安理上海办公室乃至全所涉外争议解决业务向更高层次、更广阔领域迈进。”

这是安理今年引入的最新一位合伙人级别律师。

Anli adds arbitration expert in Shanghai

Anli Partners has recently added arbitration expert Chen Luming as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Chen has been involved in foreign-related litigation and arbitration for nearly 30 years and has extensive experience in complex international disputes, custody and betting agreement disputes, foreign direct investment, project finance, corporate acquisitions and mergers, energy and infrastructure. Prior to joining Anli, Chen worked at JunHe.

“Chen's arrival will push Anli's Shanghai office and the entire firm's foreign-related dispute resolution practice to a higher level and a broader field,” said Chen Yifan, director of Anli Shanghai office, in a statement.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
