赵律师专注于投融资、收并购、公司常法与合规领域，在采用境内上市架构和境外上市架构的股权投融资项目方面有十余年的丰富经验。

卓纬在一份新闻稿中表示，赵律师的加入将进一步夯实其在相关法律服务市场的专业根基，打造更高标准、更高质量的资本市场团队。

这是卓纬今年引入的最新一位合伙人级别律师。

Chance Bridge adds capital market expert in Shenzhen

Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently added a capital market expert Zhao Wenqi as a partner in its Shenzhen office.

Zhao specializes in investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate common law and compliance, and has more than ten years of experience in equity investment and financing projects using domestic and overseas listing structures. 

Chance Bridge addressed in a press release that the addition of Zhao will further strengthen its professional roots in the relevant legal services market and create a higher standard and quality capital markets team.

This is the latest partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
