世辉律师事务所近日迎来争议解决专家王慧恺律师已经于近期以合伙人身份加入，并将在世辉上海办公室工作。

王律师的主要执业领域为民商事争议解决、不良资产清收处置以及破产重整，兼具刑事与行政争议解决经验，专注于银行金融、公司证券、外商投资以及债务重组等业务领域。加入世辉前，王律师曾在金杜律师事务所、海问律师事务所执业。

世辉在一份新闻稿中表示，王律师的加入将进一步充实其在争议解决领域的业务实力。

这是世辉今年引入的最新一位合伙人级别律师。

Shihui adds dispute resolution expert in Shanghai

Shihui Partners has recently added dispute resolution expert Wang Huikai as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Wang focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, distressed asset recovery and disposal, and bankruptcy reorganization, with experience in both criminal and administrative dispute resolution, focusing on banking and finance, corporate and securities, foreign investment, and debt restructuring. Prior to joining Shihui, Wang practiced at King & Wood Mallesons and Haiwen & Partners.

Shihui addressed in a press release that the addition of Wang will further enhance the firm’s practice in dispute resolution.

This is the latest partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
