林律师长期从事竞争法（反不正当竞争、反垄断、公平竞争审查和经营者集中申报）和知产业务。

彭律师专注于国际经贸与投资法律（含中资企业出海投资）、企业合规与行政监管（含境外合规）、刑事民事行政交叉疑难案件处理等法律服务领域。

郑律师专注于争议解决业务及中外合资企业解散清算、破产重组等业务。

这是华商今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

China Commercial adds four experts in Shanghai office

China Commercial Law Firm has recently added four experts, Zhou Guichang, Lin Wen, Pen Shugang as senior partners, and Zheng Shanshan as partner in its Shanghai office.

Zhou has extensive practical experience in the fields of criminal defence, intellectual property rights, commercial dispute resolution and other legal services, and is particularly good at handling difficult cases. 

Lin has long been engaged in competition law (anti-unfair competition, anti-monopoly, fair competition review and declaration of operator concentration) and intellectual property practice. 

Peng focuses on international economic and trade and investment law (including overseas investment by Chinese enterprises), corporate compliance and administrative supervision (including offshore compliance), criminal, civil and administrative cross-cutting and difficult cases. 

Zheng focuses on dispute resolution and the dissolution and liquidation of sino-foreign joint ventures, bankruptcy and reorganisation. 

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
