中伦律师事务所近日迎来四位专家以合伙人身份加盟，柯爱艳、李雄律师将加入其上海办公室，张海军律师将加入北京办公室，张晓琴律师则将加盟成都办公室。

柯律师深耕知识产权业务领域近二十年，具有深厚的理论素养和丰富的法律实务经验。加入中伦前，她曾在国枫律师事务所工作。

李律师长期关注于并购重组、投融资等相关业务，在医药健康、汽车、芯片、物流与高端制造等领域拥有丰富经验。加入中伦前，他曾在锦天城律师事务所工作。

张律师专注争议解决领域逾十五载，业务涵盖娱乐法、工程和项目开发、债务重组和不良资产处置等领域。加入中伦前，他曾任中伦文德律师事务所副主任。

张晓琴律师深耕诉讼仲裁、投资并购和公司治理、商业犯罪和刑事合规业务，涉及公司、金融、建设工程等民商事领域和民刑交叉领域。加入中伦前，她曾在锦天城律师事务所工作。

这是中伦今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Zhong Lun adds four experts in Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu

Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently added four experts, Ke Aiyan, Li Xiong, Zhang Haijun, Zhang Xiaoqin as partners in its Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu offices.

Ke has been working in the field of intellectual property for nearly 20 years, with profound theoretical knowledge and rich experience in legal practice. Before joining Zhong Lun, she worked at Grandway Law Offices.

Li has long been focusing on M&A and restructuring, investment and financing, and has extensive experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, automobile, integrated circuit, logistics and high-end manufacturing. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, he worked at AllBright Law Offices.

Zhang Haijun has focused on dispute resolution for more than 15 years, covering entertainment law, engineering and project development, debt restructuring and disposal of distressed assets. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, he was the deputy director of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm.

Zhang Xiaoqin is deeply engaged in litigation and arbitration, investment and M&A and corporate governance, commercial crime and criminal compliance, covering civil and commercial areas such as corporate, finance, construction and engineering, as well as civil and criminal cross-cutting areas. Before joining Zhong Lun, she worked at AllBright Law Offices.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
