段和段律师事务所近日迎来三位专家曾立圻、刘洪俊、朱立律师以权益合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。

曾律师具有二十年的工作经验，深耕于劳动人事领域。加入段和段之前，曾律师在上海里格律师事务所担任高级合伙人。

刘律师的执业领域为重大商事诉讼与仲裁、房地产及建设工程和破产重整。加入段和段之前，刘律师曾先后任职于金杜律师事务所和上海虹桥正瀚律师事务所。

朱律师专注于M&A及对中直接投资领域、诉讼/仲裁等领域。朱律师于2004年创立上海里格律师事务所，长期担任主任、执行主任，并于今年带领里格主要法律团队加入段和段。

这是段和段今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Duan & Duan adds three experts in Shanghai

Duan & Duan Law Firm has recently added three experts Peter Zeng, Liu Hongjun, Vincent Zhu as partners in its Shanghai office.

Zeng has twenty years of experience and is deeply involved in the field of labor and employment. Prior to joining Duan & Duan, Zeng worked as a senior partner at A&Z Law Firm.

Liu's practice areas are major commercial litigation and arbitration, real estate and construction engineering, and bankruptcy and reorganization. Prior to joining Duan & Duan, Liu worked at King & Wood Mallesons and Shanghai Hongqiao Zheng Han Law Firm.

Zhu specializes in the areas of M&A and direct investment in China, and litigation/arbitration. Zhu founded A&Z Law Firmin 2004 and served as Director and Executive Director for a long time and led the main legal team of A&Z to join Duan & Duan this year.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
